Cancellation Policy

6- 8 hour rentals have an extended 2 weeks to use hours 12 hour rentals have an extended 4 weeks to use hours 30 hours Monthly rentals have an extended 6 weeks to use 10 minute grace period before to set up & 10 minute after to clean If renter goes over grace period the renter will be charged for the overage & grace time for clean up is not included as a deduction If any changes need to be made with timing there must be at least a 6 hour window of notification. If client is late, that is the responsibility of the renter to charge client late fees to cover chair rental costs. All invoices sent due to using more chair time must be paid day of.
